FIRE PROTECTION
Concrete provides the bes fire resistance of any building material. Precast concrete is fireproof. It protrcts against the spread of fire between rooms and properties and it cannot catch fire. Precast concrete does not burn, emit any toxic fumes or drip molten particles when exposed to fire.

Precast concrete structural components like beams, floor slabs and walls can be designed and manufactured to achieve required fire rating.

Precast concrete structure typically needs very little remedial treatment following exposure to the high temperatures of a fire. In many cases, some minor patching and a coat of paint may be all that is required.
