Exciting proposals are being advanced for the redevelopment of a site located at Tank Farm Way, Sully, Vale of Glamorgan.  The 2.24 hectare site has been selected to facilitate UK operations and will employ circa 35 persons.

It is intended that a full planning application be submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan later this summer, so as to enable the existing premises to be extended, and also to allow for the installation of associated plant and machinery, whilst also providing for sufficient parking and circulatory space for vehicles.

In accordance with the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, as of 1st August 2016 there is a requirement to undertake pre-application consultation on all planning applications for major development.  We are therefore making available the contents of the intended planning application for this site in draft for consultation and comment.
