O’Devaney Gardens-Arran Quay Dublin
Careys Building and Civil Engineering is currently building 56 new social housing properties at the O’Devaney Gardens redevelopment project in Dublin, Ireland. Originally conceived in 2008 as a project to regenerate a 1950’s flat complex, this redevelopment scheme was delayed for 10 years.
Once completed, the overall O’Devaney Gardens scheme will provide 585 new homes – 30% earmarked for social homes and 20% for affordable housing.
After a decade-long postponement, ground was finally broken last summer on this project. O’Reilly Concrete are delighted to be supplying and fitting the Precast Floors for the project. We look forward to bringing you some progress pictures in due course.
